What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at check out and are based on the weight of your products as well as the shipping method you choose. We know shipping is expensive, especially for us small businesses. We do our best to keep costs down for you while getting the goods to you as fast as possible.  

When will my order ship?

Most in-stock items ship within 48 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 72 business hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays. For orders placed on weekends or holidays, orders will begin processing the next business day. 

Do you ship outside the United States?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Stolen package?

Our founder lived in a third story walk up in Boston for many years and learned firsthand that stolen packages are no joke (I see you on my doorbell camera, package thief). We can commiserate with you, over a glass of wine if you like, but we are not responsible for any items that go missing upon delivery.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We’ve all had one too many glasses of wine while online shopping and made a mistake. We get it. While we can’t guarantee any changes or cancellations after an order has been placed, we’ll do our best to work with you to resolve the issue. Please contact us at cheers@winewashco.com.

What is your return policy?

Returns are available for refund and accepted within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned unopened/unused and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or order number.

If you try Wine Wash® and find that it is not compatible with your dishwasher/stemware, please let us know and we'd be happy to process the return.

How do I return an item?

Email us at cheers@winewashco.com to begin processing your return. We'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns and exchanges are $5 per package. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Damaged goods?

Sometimes even the best bottles of wine get corked. We do our best to make sure every item that ships is reviewed for quality standards, but we’re human and mistakes happen. If you’ve received an item that is defective or damaged, we will happily replace or refund the item, on us. Please reach out to cheers@winewashco.com and we’ll work with you to make things right.

What if my order is a gift?

Please note any special instructions in the "Special Instructions" field in your cart. Not to worry, your packing slip does not include any pricing!

What if I used the wrong shipping address?

Double to check to make sure you've inputted the correct shipping address at check out. Wine Wash Co. is not responsible if the item gets lost or returned due to an incorrect address. We are happy to re-ship the item if returned to us, we just ask you cover the new shipping cost.

What if I did something really stupid when I was (drunk) cleaning?

We've been there. We'd love to hear your story (especially if it's funny), but whether you're sober or drunk, Wine Wash Co. is not responsible for broken glasses, Tipsy Towel™ stains, regrettable texts or anything else you may do while intoxicated. Using Wine Wash Co. products is at your own risk. We encourage you to drink & wash responsibly.
